All these boldly-colored dresses paired up with shiny, hard metallic belts were a revelation on the red carpet of the Golden Globes.
Jennifer Lawrence looks so vibrant and dreamy, but also hard and cool.
And Marion Cotillard (below) took hers in a cocktail length without sacrificing any of the metallic greatness or vivid brightness.
These ladies on the red carpet looked like super heros. They looked beautiful and tough.
The gown lures you into a false sense of security, and you’re drinking champers and eating pâté and then you make one false move, one offensive statement and all of a sudden, POW! you’re down on the ground.
Because these women will crush you if you turn against them.
