Miley Cyrus is making headlines with yet another unwanted visitor dropping by her home unannounced.
Cyrus has attracted more than her fair share of crazies in her young life, with the latest involving a man with scissors showing up outside her LA home claiming to be her husband.
Cyrus wasn't home when Jason Luis Rivera jumped the fence on her property and knocked on the door, purporting to know Cyrus. He then thrw himself against the walls of the house before hiding in the bushes with a pair of scissors, where police found him.
When questioned by police he replied with: "I am a friend of Miley Cyrus. I am. She's my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years." Since that obviously wasn't the case, Rivera is currently being held on suspicion of burglary and tresspassing charges.
It's not the first time that Cyrus has had to deal with stalkers at her doorstep. In March 2011 a man named Musa Danasabe Ibrahim attempted to break into her home but mistakenly jumped the fence of her neighbor instead, where he said he had a date with Cyrus before being arrested for trespassing.
Cyrus' LA home has been a hotbed of police activity in recent months, with police, fire, and rescue squads arriving at the home in August 2012 for a 911 call for a home invasion that was later reported as a false alarm due to a prank call.
Here's to hoping that Cyrus only makes the news in the future for happier stories such as the June news that Australian actor Liam Hemsworth had proposed to Cyrus and she had accepted, sporting a 3.5 carat engagement ring.
Hemsworth is best known for his role in "Hunger Games" and the two met on the set of "The Last Song" back in 2009.
