Michael Bolton wrote a memoir (remember, when a celebrity writes a memoir it means that some other unknown writer who needs money for ramen noodles really wrote that book) and here he is at Barnes & Noble signing some copies of that book, The Soul of it All.
Look at this man.
This singer who has belted out a million notes and sold millions of albums and made millions of people scream with either joy or fear or annoyance and probably as a result of all three has made a few of those people make some babies.
That face. That is the face of a man with something to say.
This face says, “Yeah, I know, I’m as surprised as you are that I wrote a book.”
And also, “No, I didn’t think my life was interesting enough to warrant an entire book, but I’m famous, so, it doesn’t matter.”
But, it also includes, “Yes, I did come up with the title myself. It’s awesome. Soul, like music, but also like that part of you that feels and stuff.”
And most importantly, “I can’t believe they let me write this book and include all these photos of me when I had glorious long hair. You remember. Those were the best times."
