When you have followed the news lately, it is impossible that you have missed the scandal surrounding number one golf player Tiger Woods. As a result of all the allegations many big sponsorship contracts have been cancelled, but now an online casino company has made Tiger a solid new offer.
Casino Aficionado
It was never a secret that Tiger Woods likes living the good life. He was an often seen guest in The Mansion of the MGM Grand Casino, where he played blackjack for $25,000 a hand and could play on credit for up to 1 million dollars.
Responsible Husband
Although his gambling adventures were often outrageous, he never really got in trouble with this popular pastime. It appeared however that Tiger was more of a responsible gambler, than a responsible husband. He allegedly cheated on his wife with a dozen of beautiful women, with new stories coming up each week.
Casino Sponsorship
It is reported that Ireland's largest online casino and sportsbook operator Paddy Power, offered Tiger Woods $75 million to boost its brand name over a period of five consecutive years. Given the fact that Woods lost almost all of his former sponsorship deals, the timing of the online casino's offer is spot on.
Tiger Woods refused to accept the million dollar deal, and Paddy Power now goes into the tank to come up with an even more lucrative deal. It will be interesting to see how Woods reacts when the bidding continues, we'll keep you posted...
