Vowing that she's done with Justin Bieber for good this time, Selena Gomez claims to be turning to the Bible for moral support.
Bieber and Gomez have been on-again, off-again seemingly for forever but a recent blowup -- and rumors that the Biebs may have hooked up with model Barbara Palvin -- have their relationship in off mode, with both claiming they're done for good this time.
The Biebs has been keeping anything other than a low profile, making headlines for being seen smoking a joint in a photo and then tangentially involved in the death of a paparazzi photographer who was chasing Bieber's Ferrari.
Bieber wasn't driving the car when the photographer was struck and killed crossing traffic after snapping some photos of the car during a police traffic stop.
Gomez has been very quiet since the breakup, reportedly spending time with friends, including a group that meet regularly for Bible study in Beverly Hills. Sources close to her say she's making an effort to turn the page and get a fresh start with a new crew of friends and influences that are much more wholesome and healthy than hanging with Lil' Twist.
No single incident lead to the most recent Bieber-Gomez split but rumors about Bieber and Barbara Palvin couldn't have helped. Palvin blames Selena for stirring up trouble and claims that Palvin and Bieber are just good friends.
Back in November Selena Tweeted a photo of Bieber, Palvin, and Lil' Twist hanging out at a Victoria's Secret with just the comment "...", sparking off a flurry of angry Bieber and Gomez fans who blasted Palvin.
Palvin replied with a Tweet stating: “hey everyone. please calm down. he is all yours!!” but the buzz never really died out, with Palvin and Bieber spotted out and about several times in ensuing months.
