Lots of rabid young fans might favorably describe Bieber as a "sick" performer but he was literally sick during a recent concert.
The Biebs was playing to a packed house in Glendale, Arizona when a stomach bug led the 18 year-old pop star to throw up on stage; baby, baby no!
Bieber not only was sick on stage but had to exit stage left two other times during the performance, apologizing several times to fans in attendance but vowing that he'd soldier on and play his entire set for them.
After the show Bieber would take to Twitter to poke a little fun at himself, pulling out an "Anchorman" reference with a Tweet of: "And...milk was a bad choice! Lol" and then later posting a photo of a sickly-looking Bieber with the caption "Great show. Getting better for tomorrow's show !!!! Love u".
Bieber is second to only Lady Gaga as far as most popular celebrities on Twitter, with over 20 million followers on Twitter checking out his every move; Twitter employees have joked that an entire rack of servers is dedicated to Bieber due to the traffic his Tweets can generate.
The Glendale show kicked off his latest tour in support of his "Believe" album, which was released in July 2012. The new album debuted at #1 on Billboard and has continued to produce strong sales, with Bieber's third studio album incorporating more dance pop and R&B material than his previous efforts solely directed at teen audiences.
Bieber's success and popularity has been mocked by many but he's made several Best-Paid Celebrities lists (including #2 in Forbes' Best-Paid Celebrities Under 30) and is worth an estimated $100 million.
