It's no surprise that Lindsay Lohan is in trouble again, but who would have guessed how it would happen?
Her alleged victim, that's who, as Lohan was arrested for punching professional psychic Tiffany Ava Mitchell in the face.
Mitchell approached Lohan at Club Avenue in New York and offered Lohan a free reading, with Mitchell claiming she had had a premonition about Lohan's new movie "Liz & Dick".
Lohan reportedly declined, asking Mitchell and he friend to "Give me my space" and things spiralled out of control from there, with Lohan supposedly calling her a "f*cking gypsy" and punching Mitchell when things got heated.
Lohan's lawyer Mark Heller -- who has been an extremely busy man the last few years -- brushed off the incident as someone just looking for fame and a quick settlement, claiming that: "Once again, Lindsay Lohan is a victim of someone trying to capture their 15 minutes of fame."
Heller also was adamant that Lohan wasn't drunk, trying to quash assorted rumors that Lohan's drinking has spiraled out of control of late, with the actress downing as much as two liters of vodka a day.
"Liz & Dick" was universally panned and Lohan has been facing numerous financial and legal woes. She is struggling to pay back taxes and once again making legal headlines with police moving to charge her for lying to police about a traffic accident.
Lohan claimed at the time that her assistant was driving but later admitted she was behind the wheel. If charged for lying to police she could see her probation revoked and be headed back to jail as part of her sentence for shoplifting back in 2011.
Lohan also appears to be facing financial problems with running tabs at a slew of high-end hotels and reportedly hundreds of thousands of dollars in back taxes still unpaid.
