Hulk Hogan and his best friend Bubba the Love Sponge had a little falling out but now they're BFFs once again.
A sex tape of Hogan and Heather Clem -- Bubba's wife at the time -- that was recorded six years ago surfaced in recent months, leading to a war of words between Hogan and Bubba as well as a lawsuit.
The sexy rendevous wasn't exactly a secret, as Bubba was on camera in the room with them before the action got started and he returned at the end, discussing with his wife that they had a potential gold mine on their hands.
Hogan admitted to the fling and said it was Bubba's idea; Hogan insisted, however, that he had no idea that it was being filmed and filed a $100 million lawsuit for being filmed without his permission.
Hogan went after Gawker as well for publishing parts of the sex tape that an anonymous source passed on to them.
Bubba took issue with Hogan's claims, stating on his radio show that "There were three people in that home. All three knew what time it was."
He also said that Hogan had lived with them for months and knew security cameras were everywhere and always on.
On Monday, however, news of a settlement between Hogan and Bubba was announced. Bubba issued a public apology in a letter that he also read on his show.
"After further investigation, I am now convinced that Hulk Hogan was unaware of the presence of the recording device in my bedroom. I am convinced he had no knowledge that he was being taped. Additionally, I am certain that he had no role in the release of the video."
Hogan is still going after Gawker and his lawyers said that a case against Heather Clem was ongoing as well.
